What Does It Take to Become A Freediving Instructor? - My Experience with a Zero to Hero Internship

Ok, so I finally made it! I'm now certified as an SSI Level 2 Freediving Instructor! While this is an accomplishment that I'm super excited about, I acknowledge that getting my freediving instructor certifications is just the beginning. I wanted to document this experience to provide information to freedivers who are thinking about following this path. When I started, there wasn't much information online to help me make my decision on where to train and learn, and I want to try and make the process easier for others!
