Fresh, flavorful, and a nice medium heat: this is a delightful and beatiful hot sauce! I utilize my Instant Pot and Anova precision cooker in this video but, as I state, you could also make this using a frying pan, oven, and then can in a more traditional manner. The recipe: 1 medium onion (6oz) 5oz fresh garlic Chop and saute for some carmelization. 3 large green bell peppers (1lb 12oz) 2 1/2lb jalapeno peppers 1tsp salt 1tbs black pepper Place all ingredients, along with 3 cups 5% acetic acid vinegar, in Instant Pot. Process on Manual setting for 5 minutes. After, either pop the pressure valve or let naturally release. Alternatively, bake all ingredient in oven until fully cooked. Add: 1 cans frozen limeade concentrate 1-1 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro Blend until smooth. Add to sanitized Mason jars and process. I used my precision cooker at 150F for 2.5 hours. Enjoy!
