Lyrics Nocturnal flashing lights numb my senses I engulf myself in a frenzy I become one with the night my smile a grimace as I stare into the abyss I will find absolution lurking in the shadows the calls of sodom chants through the mist a sweet promise to find what was lost sirens in the night I loose all regard like a raging animal I cling to the flesh I numb myself spirits rush through my brittle body soothing and cold my mind is awake sharp as a blade a cannibalistic instrument a crime without witness celestial bodies up above shimmering without a care just a reflection in two black mirrors a thousand voices all of my own making a cacophony of insanity follows me into obscurity civilizations rise and fall as I contemplate the gist of all things without a soul to listen time devoid of meaning in the vortex of my mind the self born and reborn narcissistic and depraved my thirst for being demands to be quenched a nectar once consumed consumed I will be Fields of Golgatha abandon doubt glory will be mine as was promised as is proper fear clouds my senses as I rain down hell my hands shake is it not just? is it not expected of me? I will deliver I will function I will suffer in silence an enemy I have never seen extinguished without regard my small self growing with each kill another life taken another blow of the hammer the war machine is rolling the heavens are screaming am I nothing but a cog nothing but a tool? rivers of blood my being craves it killing and being killed is what defines me the massacre is endless body counts a foot note a small price to pay the currency of my existence I will not be obsolete I will be respected I will obey I will suffer in silence only in death does duty end shall I go forward on this path? As so many did before me it is the way of things another life taken another stain on the shroud On The Shores of Hell my body aches as I awake bones like burning needles eyes slowly open rivers of fire engulf me I feel empty inside but a spark in the dark only pain to tell me that I still live my gaze wanders to dark clouds up above winged creatures swarming observing my suffering all hope is lost as I weep in solitude faith I never had I thirst for, now I am alone and forgotton as I find myself on the shores of hell I crawl over sharp hot stones blood dripping from my limbs towards the gates of this unholy realm my soul shattered to pieces nothing holy left in me thy absence a testiment to my betrayal I push forward to embrace my destiny what horrors await I do not care why have you forsaken me the grimace of my reflection staring back at me mocking me I am alone and forgotton as I find myself on the shores of hell
