Rock Climbing La Cengia Rossa in Arco | Rock Climbing Vlog

Rock climbing (especially sport climbing) Arco is one of the best places in Europe. La Cengia Rossa in Arco Valley in northern Italy is no difference! During a trip to Arco near Lago di Garda/Lake Garda in northern Italy we rock climbed the La Cengia Rossa multi-pitch sport climbing route, 7 pitches long and 210 meters. This is a great UIAA 6+ (6 obligatory) route chat is very diverse and displays the rock climbing around Arco very well. The route is located in the Parete San Paolo multi-pitch rock climbing crag close the Camping Zoo and Arco Camping just outside of Arco village. At the Parete San Paolo rocks climbing crag there are other interesting routes such as Caldo Inferno, Adonis and Selene. There are both traditional rock climbing multi-pitch routes with bolted anchors as well as multi-pitch sport rock climbing routes. The crag is really close the Arco. The La Cengia Rossa route is very well protected with lots of bolts and in situ gear - such as short pieces of rope, coord and slings - that has been placed by other rock climbers. The crux sections of the rock climbing sport multi pitch climbing route are grade 6+/6a, but gear has been placed wisely, so you can actually use it to aid climb the crux sections at grade A0. So rock climbing Arco is really great and the la Cengia Rossa sport climbing multi pitch route is definitely a recommendable route in the Parete San Paolo multi pitch rock climbing crag.
