DAX COLLAPSITES: Trump causes global stock market panic! Private investors now fear for their assets! As a result of the additional tariffs imposed by the US, international stock markets are continuing to plummet. At the start of trading, the German stock index (DAX) plunged by around ten percent. It fell by more than 2,100 points to 18,489 points in the first few minutes of trading. A smaller countermovement followed, with the German stock market barometer reaching 19,000 points again. The Asian stock markets had already collapsed earlier. There are no signs of easing in the tariff conflict between the US and the European Union. US President Donald Trump signaled a willingness to talk under certain conditions. However, his Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, had previously announced that the US government intends to continue its tough stance of high import duties on goods from almost every country in the world. #weltnetzreporter #dax #stockmarket #economy Subscribe to the WELT Netzreporter Channel / dienetzreporter WELT News Channel / weltvideotv WELT DOKU Channel / weltdoku WELT Podcast Channel / weltpodcast The WELT News Livestream http://bit.ly/2fwuMPg The top news on WELT.de http://bit.ly/2rQQD9Q The media library on WELT.de http://bit.ly/2Iydxv8 WELT News Channel on Instagram https://bit.ly/IGWELTTV WELT on Instagram http://bit.ly/2X1M7Hk On a personal note: Due to the high volume of irrelevant and offensive posts, we are currently unable to accept any more comments.
