Salmonberry Custard Pie

I got the idea to make this after making Andrew Zimmern's key lime pie. It is much the same way, except I use salmonberry juice. When mother thaws out salmonberries to make akutaq, there's always that excess juice, and I saved about a cup to make this. Instead of just the yolk, I used a whole egg and it makes for less fuss! For garnish, I would recommend using more tundra berries to give it that extra tart finish. You could make your own graham cracker crust, but the filling in this recipe is just right for 2 ready-made crusts bought from the store.
