📸 Follow me on Instagram:   / wegiseddy   🚗 We leave Vienna early in the morning and begin our road trip westward toward Salzburg, crossing through beautiful Austrian landscapes. Along the way, we stop for a quick coffee break, drive past the famous Melk Abbey, and enjoy lunch at the Landzeit Mondsee restaurant with stunning views over Lake Mondsee. Just past Salzburg, our GPS warns of a major traffic jam near the Tauern Tunnel, so we take a spontaneous detour through Bavaria, hopping onto the B21 for a scenic drive through southern Germany. From there, we continue west into the Austrian Alps, heading toward the peaceful alpine village of Krimml. This is Part 1 of our journey to the Krimml Waterfalls, the tallest waterfall in Europe and the perfect escape from city life into the heart of Austria’s mountain countryside.
