My desire to give Abia back to the real owners (You and I) is a dream that everyone should celebrate, as it will mark the beginning of transparent governance, clothed with all-encompassing dividends of democracy, for our people. The conscienceless plunder of the commonwealth and patrimony of our people has been an obsolete tradition that must be relegated, abolished, and rewritten. It is my candid prayer and supplication that we all join hands to restore and rebuild Abia. We must, more than ever, be determined to plant trees even if we must not be around to find safety under it. The time has come when all true lovers of Abia must embark on a selection process that throws up our best eleven regardless of party affiliations. We are inviting all Abians to join the movement for a better Abia as we strive for quality leadership today and plan properly for the future. Our support for Etigwe is beyond pushing an agenda but promoting a cause that will involve the people’s pact. This call is an independent people-powered movement by millions of Abians from all walks of life and faiths across the country and in the diaspora coming together to mobilise support and promote initiatives to make our dream for an Etigwe candidacy and eventual election as Governor of Abia State 2023 governorship elections a reality.
