I had a lovely time making these Salted Egg Cookies with my best friend’s son, Lucas. It was so easy and straightforward to make. I adapted this recipe from @iwen baking (thank you for the recipe). These cookies are super addictive! They are sweet salty, with a hint of natural savoury umami fragrance from the salted eggs. The texture is both crunchy and crumbly. Do try it!
