Through our collaboration with Modern Energy Cooking Services (MECS), we are modernising our cooking processes after successfully winning a place in their technology accelerator. This partnership is helping us transition to cleaner, more efficient cooking solutions while scaling the preparation of traditional vegetables and kienyeji foods. As evidence continues to highlight the value of African indigenous foods, there is also increasing awareness of the health and environmental risks linked to traditional fuels such as wood and charcoal.
