For this joint battle, your goal is to eliminate all the enemies while protecting the angel at the top of the screen. There are 4 enemy mages at the bottom of the screen that will attack the angel from across the map every other turn. In addition, there are four enemy ghosts that spawn every turn near the angel. These ghosts are of four different enemy types (infantry, lancer, cavalry, and flier). As long as that ghost is alive, the respective enemies of that class type are invincible, so you have to kill the right ghost before attacking the enemies on the same turn. The ghosts are also immune to AoE, so you have to bring characters that can either spawn a summon or can act again, so you can kill multiple enemies per turn at the top using single target attacks only. My Betty is weak (4 stars, doesn't even have her Sword Master class mastered), but her talent damaged the mages enough to buy me time to get down there and start killing them. My strat was to leave 4 allies up north to kill ghosts and protect the angel while the remaining 2 ran down to attack the mages.
