With a 10 MeV electron accelerator with a fully automated conveying system for packing and unpacking Euro pallets, the BGS facility in Saal enables the irradiation of large quantities with short turnaround times. In addition, a 5-MeV electron accelerator with a capacity of 300 kW is available for the irradiation of endless products such as pipes, tubes, profiles and cables.
