Day 6 of Dig In and today’s workout is Arms & Legs 1. We’re staying consistent and building momentum. I weighed in at 266.8 lbs, which means we’re trending down and moving in the right direction. Even with some Japanese takeout (teriyaki steak and a ramen bowl), we’re staying accountable and seeing progress. We went to bed a little late after starting a new Korean drama set in the Joseon era (time travel + royal chef vibes and it’s actually really good so far). Still managed to get decent rest, and we’re feeling solid this morning. We’ve got a busy day ahead: • Bathroom vanity install (finally finishing the downstairs!) • Bowling in Castro Valley to celebrate both nephews’ birthdays • Possibly another stream later • And of course… getting this workout DONE before everything kicks off. We’re about 32 days out from vacation, and consistency matters right now. Every workout counts. Every choice adds up. To Baby Jovi — if you ever watch these someday, just know your dad was out here trying his best. Building, improving, documenting, and working toward becoming stronger — physically and mentally — before you arrived. The digital age is wild. Maybe you’ll look back on this. Maybe you won’t. Either way, just know you were thought about in moments like this. For now, it’s 9:30 a.m. We’ve got energy. We’ve got routine. We’ve got work to do.
