“You Are Wrong” Mental Health, Family & Perspective | Sainthavi's Podcast This episode is about perspective not right vs wrong. Recently, we shared a video addressing someone who was emotionally overwhelmed and needed a safe space to vent. Based on the limited information shared at that moment, we responded with care and practicality. Later, a viewer respectfully disagreed and shared her perspective that when someone is experiencing emotional distress thoughts, they should open up to their parents or siblings, and that life is about caring and sharing. That disagreement matters. Because 9 out of 10 times, when we respond to someone’s story, we are responding only to the input given to us not the full picture. After the video, the person involved reached out privately and shared more details: She has two children She was going through a difficult phase She needed a place to vent, not advice She is now working on healthy distractions and coping mechanisms That context changes everything. This episode is not about blaming anyone. It is about understanding that: 👉 What feels right for one person may not be right for another 👉 Perspective changes based on experience, timing, and emotional state 👉 Mental health conversations cannot be one-size-fits-all Even within families, perspectives differ. What feels right to a mother may feel different to a daughter. What feels right to one individual may not feel right to another. And that doesn’t make anyone wrong. We also discuss how short clips or reels taken from longer videos can sometimes shift focus away from the original intent. A small 30–60 second portion can be misunderstood when the full context is missing. This episode covers: ✔️ Mental health conversations and sensitivity ✔️ Parent–child perspective differences ✔️ Respectful disagreement without attacking ✔️ Why “Right for you ≠ Right for all” ✔️ How context changes meaning ✔️ Why listening matters more than proving a point This is not a debate episode. This is not about proving who is right. This is about learning to say: “I see your perspective and this is mine.” Let’s create space for respectful conversations, especially around mental health. 💬 Share your thoughts kindly. ❤️ Listen without judgment. 🧠 Understand before reacting.
