Tortang Alamang Ingredients 1/2 Kilong alamang, gisa already 1 Medium red onion 2 Eggs 1 Cup flour 1/2 Cup cornstarch 1 Sachet Aji ginisa Salt and pepper How to cook Tortang Alamang 1. Sautee the alamang, once dry remove from heat 2. Combine and mix all ingredients 3. Scoop the alamang and fry until golden brown 4. Remove using a paper towel to remove excess oil 5.
