One month in my life as a photographer | TRAVEL AND PHOTOGRAPHY IN AFRICA, CONTENT CREATOR BUSINESS

I want to take you to Africa for one month in my life as a travel photographer. It was filled with whole days under the sun, slowing down and finding stories in stillness. A few years ago, I picked up a camera for the first time and started teaching myself photography. I had an idea to learn travel photography, but I didn't have any experience at the time and couldn't answer any questions about how I would make it work. This month, I got to use what I have learned so far to run my small business by photographing weddings, shooting hotel collaborations and local tours, working on brand collaborations, content creation and social media campaigns. I turned the photos into prints and started writing a travel blog. There are so many experiences that I couldn't have even predicted when I started, but I'm grateful that I had decided to follow my intuition toward them anyway. I think the first step for any creative idea is to dream without limits—to trust your intuition, try without expectation, and be open to everything.
