In this video. We will introduce the Kosmos Q Rubs. These are a great addition to any backyard or competition BBQer's arsenal. One of our favourite among the range is the Cow Cover. This is great for brisket and steak as it adds depth to the flavour and a great colour to the meat. Next is the "Dirty Bird". This is traditionally used for chicken but you can also use this on ribs. It adds a little bit of heat but not too crazy. The "Texas Beef Rub" has the combination of onion and lemony garlic. This is Kosmos Q's version of SPG or Salt Pepper Garlic Rub. We think that you will love this on veggies as well as brisket. It is also great for multiple uses. Next one up is the "Hot Dirty Bird". This one has heat on it so it is not for faint-hearted. really good on chicken wings if love to spice it up make your own buffalo style. last in the shaker range is the "Killer Honey Bee". This is a competition favourite, we love it using on ribs and pork shoulder. It is really versatile and it is one of the best sellers here in BBQ Spit. The "Honey Powder" is a really cool addition to the range. We use this as finishing dust on ribs and it gives a really quick honey flavour. We recommend that you try this out. Last is the "Killer Chipotle Honey Bee". This one is very similar to the killer Honey Bee but with added heat by Chipotle.
