The watch is dominated by a broad cream colored or light eggshell dial, punctuated by polished hour indices and the discrete Patrimony baton hands. Also discrete and understated is the Vacheron Constantin marquee at 12 o'clock with Maltese cross and logo. The watch features a narrow rose gold halo bezel around the dial punctuated by the strong outwards thrusting straight lugs. The timepiece, inspired by Vacheron Constantin ultra thin references of the mid-century period, is modern sized in it's 40mm diameter but references the classics. The watch is only 6.7mm in profile making it sit easily on the wrist and perfect with tight sleeves or dress cuffs. The watch is paired with a low gloss rectangular scale brown alligator leather strap and semi-conforming spring bars. They do trace the curvature of the case and close the gap between the end of the strap and case creating a highly integrated look. The timepiece is paired with a classical pin buckle finished with a Maltese cross and high polish. Beneath the cream colored dial with applied rose gold elements lies the in-house movement caliber 1400 manually winding movement with a thickness of just 2.6mm. The 30m water resistance and integrity from the solid case back also conceals the Geneva Hallmark stamp.
