This intermediate video tip shows me making a basic box clasp, and discussing two other variations. Making one of these, while not overly difficult, is easier if you have some previous experience with soldering. I used 22 gauge sterling sheet, 14 gauge sterling square wire, 12 gauge sterling square wire, hard silver sheet solder, and My-T-Flux. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, as I've taught people for most of my life. This hobby turned into a fun side gig for me for years while I taught public school.
