So Good! Another Gordon Ramsay "Ramsay in 10" recipe today but this time it's vegetarian. Today, we TRY to follow Gordon Ramsay's recipe by cooking and prepping the entire dish in 10 minutes. Now we warn you, we're not professional chefs and chopping plus cooking under pressure is not ideal but it's all in good fun. We assumed a vegetarian meal would be easier but it's not, we still have to infuse a lot of flavor into the dish so be ready for a few steps. We love cauliflower so we jumped at this recipe, I mean how else can we use this delectable vegetable? Let us tell you though, the star is the cauliflower but we can't forget the salsa verde although we found it to be more of a chimichurri sauce. Whatever it is, it's is delish!
