We, as a couple, stayed in this hotel from 11/06/2021 till 18/06/2021. And this is our review of the IONIS ART HOTEL in ZAKYNTHOS. In short - we definitely recommend and give 10 out of 10 to this hotel 💖 We are a young couple, who likes quality. We always want to get the best service and feel only good vibes during our vacation. This hotel gave it to us. Firstly, simple information about the hotel. The environment here is nice and spacious. Everywhere is clean and looking good. Outside you can see beautiful trees, bushes, and flowers. The pool is medium-large, clean, nice to swim, many places to sit or enjoy sunbathing. The bar is outside. If you are "all-inclusive", you can get whenever cocktail you want (pina colada, sex on the beach, blue lagoon, and many others), tasty local beer, white or red vine, etc. The restaurant is outside with glass walls, which most often is open, nice roof, which can be open too. The food very, very good. Always fresh, many variations, many deserts. You will always find different variations of meat, vegetables, there is always some fish. Sometimes you can see freshly made hamburgers. I love the food there, never wanted to eat in the other restaurants. We were seven nights there, so we had 2 greek nights (with greek food, music, dance) and 3 show kitchen (after you eat dinner, the chef will come to you and make your dessert in front of your eyes). And all the food is very, very tasty. After lunch, you can get snacks from the special snacks menu. You can choose from many options, for example, pica, sandwich, greek salad, fruit salad, dessert of the day, fruit salad, greek yogurt with fruits and many others. They have some water stations, where you can pour in drinkable water any time you like. The rooms are clean, medium size. With AI you get free wi-fi, free safe, bath with shower, balcony, TV, many drawers. There were small not very good things, like long curtains at bath and you always standing on them while showering or the doors lock was a little bit broken, but after telling what the next day everything was fixed! That is about the hotel. Now about the people, who are working there. You look in the eyes and you see, that they are very good people with big hearts. All of them want to make your vacation better. They will see if you are sad and they will ask you what happened. They will see which food you like and they will bring you more. They honestly care about you. I want to thank barmen Ioakim who is the best barmen I ever saw. He became our friends, we will never forget you. The manager Alexander was the first person, who wanted to be with us, make conversations and spend the evening after work together, thank you to becoming our friend. And I want to thank the owner of that hotel Carolina. She listening to us, personally make sure that we are happy and have many stories to tell.
