Every cent you raised made it possible for them to participate in The Hope Foundation's Performance with a Difference Project. During their week in Kolkata they worked with the young children in Hopes protection homes through Drama & Dance. They also saw first hand how the money raised by you was used by Hope through their wonderful work with the thousands of homeless people in Kolkata; educating & caring for the many vulnerable children who live on the streets & in the slums of Kolkata. Both Elizabeth & Eimear described the experience as humbling, and felt privileged to have met the wonderful children & adults of the city, who despite the many challenges they face daily, always welcomed them in to their homes and lives, & shared their many stories both heart breaking and heart warming."
