I introduce the latest addition to my camera family a Leica MD-2. A strange little camera born from the need of scientists to photograph specimens. The MD-2 does not have a viewfinder or a rangefinder! This camera along with the MDA are known as the "Blind Leicas" because they lack rangefinders and viewfinders. An external finder is necessary though if you shoot enough even that will be unnecessary. This is the Stripper Camaro of camaras, no batteries, no rangefinder, no mirrors, no viewfinders, no BS! Basically a box you can stick glorious Leica glass on and be worry free. I think these cameras have been undervalued because they seem intimidating to beginners but I see them as a great opportunity.
