In this video, I'll show you one of my favourite snacks and sometimes a meal, Garlic Fried Chicken Hearts. Not only are they delicious they are very easy to make! To get your own customized Keto meal plans go to – https://yourcustomketodietplan.com/ All you need is: 1 package of Chicken Hearts 2 cloves of garlic some butter salt and pepper to taste Simply melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes. Add the chicken hearts. Fry for about 10 to 15 minutes or less. You want the hearts to evenly brown and a little crispy. The garlic will also get brown and this point. Now, the chicken hearts are ready to eat. Eat them just as they are or have them with your meal as I did this time. I served them with a nice Pumpkin oil cucumber and a toasted and butter rye bread loaded with garlic. I chased it all down a glass of Davin Mogan Concord wine, Sweet and tasty!
