Hello, My name is Ashley and I’m here to give you some instructions to help make your visit to Texas Back Institute easier. When scheduling your visit, please call between the hours of 11am and 3pm, avoid calling first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon which is a peak time for callers. Additionally, when you call, know your schedule and be sure to let us know if your condition is related to a previous surgery, accident or on-the-job injury. When scheduling an appointment, you will be directed to our Patient Portal to complete your paperwork. A link to our portal can be found on the texasback.com home page and is located near the top, right hand side. Additionally, using our patient portal is always the fastest and easiest way to contact the clinic. When you arrive for your appointment please make sure you bring a photo I.D., insurance cards and any prior diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, and MRIs. It’s helpful to also have a list of your current medications, and a list of questions you may have for the doctor. If you are running late for your appointment, be sure to give us a call, we may still be able to work you into the schedule. Thank you for watching and we look forward to serving you.
