This is one of the craziest guitars we've ever had in the store - the EVH Striped Series "Shark," a faithful recreation of Eddie Van Halen's old Ibanez Guitars Destroyer that he...uh...destroyed. Drill bit and hacksaw body cutout with hardware store turnbuckles for that rock look... we're just guessing here. Eddie-style striped paint job, weird mismatched gold and chrome hardware based on whatever Eddie had lying around at the time. A truly remarkable guitar. Despite everything, this guitar is lightweight, feels great, and is READY TO ROCK. Whether you think it looks good or not, there is no disputing the cultural significance of the Eddie Van Halen "Shark".
