I got to play in Gamescom just a few days ago. I spent about 30 minutes playing the game. I played through the demo on both normal and hard modes, so you'll see gameplay from both of those in this video. And this is a game that was probably the best game I saw at the gameshow, and is arguably one of the best games I played this year.
