Once it's all blended up, stir in chunks of the add ins. Freeze, covered for about 1 1/2 hours or until it's the consistency of ice cream. I covered mine with plastic wrap to help keep ice crystals from forming. I've also heard that stirring every 30 mins helps, but I haven't tried that one yet!
