I knew the day was coming where I would need to install a hitch on my 2015 Volvo S60. I had been using my 2009 to tow my boat and utility trailer, but my daughter is using that car now and it's not available most of the time for me to use. If I want to do anything requiring a hitch then it's time to install one on the 2015 Volvo. I decided on a Curt model 13266 which was a very reasonable $140 plus tax. Shipping was free thru Amazon. It came with all hardware and instructions needed to do the job. I had thought it would be a much bigger and more difficult job than it was, but it turned out to be not so bad after all. If you have any experience working on pretty much anything, then this should be an easy task for you. I've you've never done anything like this but have the know how to tackle your own jobs, and a good set of tools, then as long as you are patient and pay attention to what you are doing and don't try to do things too quickly, you should also be able to get this done. I do recommend having 2 people available. For removing and reinstalling the bumper fascia, and for mounting the hitch with bumper bar and spacers, it would make this job MUCH easier. I did it by myself and had to get creative at a couple of points, but I managed fairly well by just thinking things thru and being patient. Hopefully you can get something out of this video. Thank you Curt for making an awesome product. I love how well this fits and looks. I'm not sponsored but will be happy to entertain offers! Hit me up. Car parts, cleaning products, toenail clippers, whatever. The least I can do is say no. Oh, and don't forget to subscribe and click the like button to let me know I'm making a difference.
