It looks like an Otis installation from the button fixtures, but nothing else looks like it. It appears to have been refurbished once in the early 90s, judging from the blue interior. Work has started by contractors to refurbish these set of elevators completely. Otis in its early days of HDB was a supplier of elevators up to 1974, when Fujitec became the exclusive supplier for new installations. When HDB ended the practice of using an exclusive supplier in 1990 and opened up contracts to at least two suppliers, Otis managed to win contracts to install IUP/MUP elevators throughout the late 90s and early 2000s.
