OHVIRA syndrome Obstructive Hemi Vagina Ipsi lateral Renal Agenesis A very rare congenital anomaly encountered in young girls. Mostly patients are teen age vergions. The have double uterus, asymetrical longitudinal vaginal septum that fuses with one side of vagina results in obstructed hemi vagina. Complain is mainly sever pain as progressive accumulation of blood in the obstructed vaginal pouch. In rare cases, the accumulating fluid is mucous secreted from cervix on the obstructed side. The challenging issue in such cases is the very narrow vagina of such teen age subjects as well as violation of hymen is not accepted in many cultures. So, vaginal surgeyr is very inconvenient in these circumstances. My proposed hysteroscopic approach provides excellent solution for total and complete reconstruction of anomaly and absolute relief of symptoms , still respecting integrity of hymen.
