Toroline O-Toro Tennis String Review: You want the truth, you can't handle the truth!

In this video, I review the Toroline O-Toro strings. These are the latest from Toroline, known for their YouTube influencer marketing. Full disclosure, I’m not affiliated with them. In my reviews, I always use a full set of strings until they break and compare them to a set I know well in the same racket and tension. My racket of choice is the Head Gravity MPL, customized to 325 swing weight at 50 lbs. Initially, the O-Toro strings felt metallic, but this was likely due to the environment. They offer excellent control and spin potential for big hitters but give nothing for free. Durability is high, lasting about 7 hours, and tension maintenance is very good. For recreational players, I give these strings a B- because they don’t offer much unless you’re a big hitter. However, for elite players, these could be an A or even A+ string, as they were co-developed by ATP Pro Stevie Johnson. If you’re a recreational player, you might not love these strings, but elite players will appreciate their potential. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them below.
