After having the bike for a year and ridden the ebike for a while; will I purchase the Adria 24 if what I know now? Tuttio Adria is a solid bike with a robust frame, quality parts, and reliable electronics. Build quality is very good. The Adria offers a comfortable ride and offers great performance. I have not found anything negative about the bike itself. Tuttio's direction as a company is confusing. They came on strong during the covid era with strong sales and growth. Their Seeker 24 and Phnholin was successful offering performance that exceeded its price. Tuttio was one of the first company to offer dual motors with 52v and over 3k watts. Tuttio was one of the first company to offer a 24inch fat tire bike that catered to the smaller riders. Between the 24inch bike, great power, large battery, and reasonable prices, the Adria 24 was gathering attention. At that time, Tuttio's price to features was hundreds less than the competitors. As such, Tuttio experienced a spike in sales, which although good, puts a strain on resources. At the same time Tuttio started venturing into the Pit Bike and Dirt Bikes spreading their operations even slimmer. The success of the pit and dirt bikes meant sacrificing the ebikes leaving only the Adria 26. Also with upcoming ebike legislation looming, ebikes future looks dim. Pit bikes and dirt bikes are off-road use only. The issue of UL certification has been brought up by another YTer. I did not see this bike UL cert lables on the bike itself nor is the Adria 24 listed on UL website. However, the charger is UL certified; which is the important part in providing safety barrier in preventing battery fires through proper BMS (though battery pack design and quality helps/hinders can also effect safety). The Adria 24 does carry CE European lables on the motor, battery pack. I did not open up the controller to see if it has any CE or UL lables. Thankfully Tuttio did not part take in the sub 1k ebike route nor did the uncertain tariff turmoil cause any price increases. Hopefully they bring back the ebikes. In the future, maybe Tuttio get its direction in order and continue to offer leading edge bikes at reasonable pricing.
