The documentary follows the 'ASBROS' the Oakley brothers, amongst the countrys youngest recipients of an ASBO (Anti-Social Behaviour Order), who terrorised a whole community for years. The Oakleys committed their crimes together, but the documentary looks at what happens when teenagers band together to commit mob crime like the epidemic of steaming in London where one gang rampaged through 44 mobile phone stores. Their parents cant stop them, and they're not afraid of the police. They're armed and dangerous and are convinced they are beyond the law.
