This recipe is super easy to follow and uses frozen berries to create the perfect bakery-style muffin right in your own kitchen. We use fresh lemon juice to give these muffins a bright, zesty flavor that pairs perfectly with sweet blueberries. The batter is thick, the tops are golden, and the crumb is so soft. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack! Ingredients: 3 cups of All purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar ( Adjust as preferred) 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 4 tbsp Lemon Juice 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups of frozen Blueberries.
