Fairchild Channel F: A History of Gaming's Second Console Generation

In this inaugural episode of our new series we take a look at the first game console of the second generation, the Fairchild Channel F. Released in 1976 to general shrugs it failed to capture the hearts and minds of early gamers but featured a handful of innovative features and one or two creative games. In each episode of this series we will look at one of the systems released in Gaming's Second Generation. We will take a look at the system itself, its control options, computing capabilities, and the games released for it. Every system released in the second generation will have an episode but the Atari 2600. We will be going in order of release(roughly in the case of some of the very obscure systems) so if your favorite obscure second generation system doesn't have its own video yet, we will get to it in due time.
