Odd Realm is a game like Dwarf Fortress, but while Dwarf Fortress is very complex and deep, a large part of its complexity (and difficulty to learn) comes from the... difficult UI (which you can get used to, as I have, but it's not easy!). Odd Realm presents the complexity of controlling a game like Dwarf Fortress in a much easier to learn and understand way. This makes Odd Realm really easy to get into and learn, but still offers a depth to it that will surprise many. In this Odd Realm video, my goal is simply to give you a taste of the game.
