Going over everything I've got done engine wise to my 7.3. I break it down into what was done when I got it, what I've done in the 3 years or so that I've had it, and what I just did about a month or two ago. The mods I just did are the most I've done to it so far. Which still isn't much, but I'm trying to get it running strong in more of a stock form, so its ready to built down the road.
