From the jump, it required multiple app downloads, took up even more space on my phone, and couldn’t even transfer a single video file without crashing. I tried moving batches of photos – it crashed halfway through with the generic error message every time. SanDisk touts “three easy steps“ but none of them work. And when I contacted support, they offered a replacement of the same broken product. Even worse?
