Single 275nm UV-C LED based EPROM eraser. Monitor the EPROM erasure status in real-time. This video demonstrates how to write a M27C4002 EPROM and delete the contents using single 275nm UV-C LED. During erasure we can see the contents in real time. The M27C4002 is a 4 Mbit EPROM organized in 256kx16 bits( 256×1,024×16 = 4,194,304) we can see how many bytes got deleted and how many are in progress. We can also see the time the first byte erasure till the complete erasure.
