Monica Rezman Studio House seamlessly blends an art studio, gallery, and residence within a historic Mérida neighborhood. While preserving the original street-facing structure, a new home was built at the rear, organized around courtyards that respect existing trees. This design enhances natural ventilation, thermal comfort, and spatial fluidity. A transitional garden with a pool and covered terrace provides shade and tranquility, while a carefully selected material palette creates harmony between old and new, transforming each space into an extension of the artist's creative work.
