My name is Christopher Duncan and today I'm going to talk to you about one word. The word is beautiful and I want you to have a beautiful life but let's break down that word for a moment. What does that word actually mean? What does the word beautiful action? This is what it means, it means be you to the full. I think the most beautiful people, the most beautiful things, the most beautiful experiences is when we see people being themselves to the fullest. And let's talk about this. Inside of you is everything that you need. You are the seat that is going to turn into the oak tree. Everything is inside you, all the potential is there but what happens. So often what happens is we've got all this potential but we limit it. And how do we limit it? Well typically we limit it by our beliefs, by our experience, by what we grow up with. This series, the shift series is about helping you uncover, unravel, and remove everything that you need to remove so you can remember back to who you were and take charge and take control of growing yourself into your fullest of full expression. This series is about you being you to the full and today I would like you to describe and write down and share what it is that you will be in your fullest experience. Now here's what's really interesting thing about that, is ___ Chris I don't understand or I don't know. We think that there's going to be something magical or amazing turn up that's going to share with us for our life's purpose, for our life experiences. The truth is as you were given a guiding system. I'll say it again, you were given a guiding system of what it is you should be doing. It's simple, it's your highest excitement, it's your highest bliss. Now sorry if you'll get this wrong. In fact what they say is this but Chris I'm not that excited about anything, I'm not that passionate about anything at this moment. The point is it's not about a grade, it's not about how you see someone else who's ten out of ten excited. You've got to get excited like that, like that level about anything. The truth of the matter is this, is you must choose and find your highest excitement. Out of all of the options that you have, what is your highest excitement? And when you allow yourself to go into what is your highest excitement, that is when you're going to be able to express yourself to the full. Others will say you're beautiful but all that we really are saying is you're being you to the full. Have an amazing day. Let's make the shift.
