Here is the recipe for this amazing pastry. Within 10 minutes there is dough and within half an hour you have a perfect breakfast. ** My measuring cup is 250 ml. 1/3 (third) glass of lukewarm water - 80 ml Whole cup less 3 tablespoons of cold milk - 200 ml 1/4 (quarter) cup canola oil - 60 ml 2 tablespoons yogurt - 30 ml 1 egg in size L / XL (or 2 eggs M) 1 tablespoon sugar - 15 grams 1 tablespoon honey - 21 grams 4 + 3/4 cups white flour (4 cups plus three quarters cup) - 660 grams 2 bags of baking powder - 20 grams 1 tablespoon butter - 15 grams Cheese mixture: A small piece of feta cheese - 50 to 100 grams. 1 "tov taam" or any other soft cheese 3% fat - 250 grams 2 slices of any cheese - about 60 grams. Roll the dough to the end, tighten the edge and turn into a snail shape. 7. Transfer to a pan with baking paper, spread with beaten egg + a teaspoon of oil with a brush and sprinkle with sesame / black sesame / fennel. 8. Bake in the oven (preheated oven 5 minutes earlier) Bake at 185 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden. If not ready continue to bake.
