At Home | Ping Coombes' Giant Malaysian Curry Puff | Waitrose

MasterChef winner, author and cookery teacher Ping Coombes shares her take on one of her mum's favourite Malaysian street foods: Curry Puffs, in a family-sized version. Filled with spiced potato and sweet potato, with cheese, Ping is using filo pastry as an easy alternative to the traditional pastry. You could use different vegetables or even meat though. This dish is great served either hot or cold, with leftovers making a great lunch for the following day. As part of our At Home series, we’re welcoming some special guests to our channel from their home kitchens.
