झारखंड के स्कूलों में भले ही 56 स्टूडेंट्स पर एक शिक्षक हो लेकिन मजाल है यहां शिक्षकों की बहाली समय पर हो जाए. हर साल गांव की पगडंडियों से निकलकर लाखों नौजवान शहर आकर दिन रात एक कर पढ़ाई करते हैं और अपनी पूरी मेहनत किताबों में खपा देते हैं. लेकिन विभाग की सुस्ती इन नौजवानों के सपनों को कुचल कर रख देती है. ये शब्द भले ही कड़वे हो लेकिन सच्चाई यही है. क्योंकि लंबे अरसे से झारखंड शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा यानी जेटेटे की परीक्षा आयोजित कराने की मांग छात्र कर रहे हैं लेकिन अब तक परीक्षा आयोजित हो ही नहीं सकी. हालांकि लंबे इंतजार के बाद साल 2024 में आवेदन भरने के लिए विज्ञापन जारी तो किए गए, लेकिन नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत पात्रता मानकों में बदलाव की तैयारी के चलते विज्ञापन को ही रद्द कर दिया गया. सरकार को आशंका थी कि पुराने नियमों पर परीक्षा कराने से बाद कानूनी विवाद खड़े हो सकते है. इसपर हम आगे विस्तार से बात करेंगे. जब आवेदन के लिए विज्ञापन जारी हुआ तो छात्रों को उम्मीद जगी की शायद परीक्षा देकर उनके अदद सरकारी नौकरी पाने का सपना सकार हो जाएगा. लेकिन अफसोस ऐसा हुआ नहीं. जेटेटे परीक्षा के लिए पिछले साल 2 बार विज्ञापन निकले गये लेकिन दोनों ही बार अलग-अलग विसंगतियों की वजह से इसे रद्द करना पड़ा. आखिर क्यों इन 26 सालों के युवा झारखंड में युवाओं के भविष्य पर ग्रहण लग गया है. क्यों ये परीक्षा इतने सालों में 2 बार ही आयोजित की गई है. और परीक्षा नहीं होने के पीछे क्या वजहें रही है. जानेंगे आज के इस वीडियो में विस्तार सें. क्योंकि छात्र अब आंदोलन करने की ओर रूख कर रहे हैं.
