On the tour we stop by Mindowaskin Park, and the downtown shops and Restaurants of East Board St, Elm St, Quimby St, and Central Ave. At the end of the tour, we will walk by some of Westfield’s historic Real Estate and talk about pricing in the area. Located in Union County, NJ with a great commute into Penn Station, Westfield makes for interesting options if you are considering moving or relocating to the Suburbs of New York City and living in new jersey. An interesting side note, alluded to in the title of this video, is that Westfield was home to the infamous story now portrayed in the Netflix hit, The Watcher (less the scary stuff) at 657 Boulevard; however, the show was filmed at a house in Rye, NY. In an interview with NBC 4 NY Town Council Member Mark Parmelee said, “it’s not remotely realistic when it comes to Westfield.
