Speed: 2.00 m/s Bulim Square in the Jurong Innovation District opened in 2025 and is one of the few flatted factories meant for heavier industrial activities, to feature turnstiles, though they may not be turned on later. This development is split into 4 towers, 2 of which are 6 floors and the other 2 are 5 floors. They are otherwise identical in terms of the lifts they feature. Though it might seem that CT Elevator will feature heavily in this development given how prominently they list this project on their website (as of posting), this does not seem to be the case: all passenger lifts are manufactured by Toshiba, while the cargo and bicycle lifts which have a higher capacity, were manufactured by CT Elevator. There are 4 passenger lifts, split into two lobbies on opposite ends of the building, serve every floor in each tower. These are otherwise highly similar to other Toshiba lifts installed in JTC properties around the same time, such as 1/7 North Coast and TimMac@Kranji.
