I hope it helps and please support my YouTube channel and Subscribe 🩷 GRAIN MILL Purchase link https://amzn.to/4aHSxP7 GRAIN MILL GRINDER REVIEW    • Electric grinding mill   SECURA COFFEE GRINDER ( for grinding Small amounts of spices ) https://amzn.to/3Q0i1hc Kitchen Weight scale https://bit.ly/42BqmiS My Garam Masala Powder recipe • 10 Bay Leaves 🍃 तज पत्ता • 15-20 Kashmiri red chilies 🌶 • 1 inch - 4 pcs Dried Ginger 🫚 • 3/4th piece of Nutmeg / जायफल ( make sure to add just about this amount as it is very strong flavor) Dry roast these separately on low-medium flame until crispy and aromatic. • 8 Tbsp Coriander seeds धनिया • 3 Tbsp Cumin Seeds जीरा • 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds सौंफ • 1 Tbsp black peppercorns काली मिर्च • 4 pieces Mace • 4 Pieces Star Anise • 10-12 pieces Cardamom इलायची • 6-7 Black Cardamom मोटी इलायची • 2 cinnamon sticks दालचीनी • 10-12 cloves लौंग Dry Roast these separately until aromatic. Let the spices cool completely. Add • 2 Tbsp kasoori methi You may add turmeric powder if you like. (1 Tbsp) Grind it into mixer or grinding mill for 30 seconds.
