At that time, we hadn't yet purchased a house, only sold our house in the Netherlands. In December , we finally bought our dream home, an old farmhouse in the Lot et Garonne, which could use a little love. And now, we are busy renovating, beautifying the garden, and simply living our daily lives here in the beautiful French countryside. Because this is a very special period in our lives, and we want to show our children (later on) that they should always pursue their dreams, no matter how scary they may seem. We want to document this for the future, as memories tend to fade quickly. And hopefully, our story will inspire you to pursue your dreams as well because after all, you only live once.
