He shared examples from his experience as a entreperneur, CEO of a listed company, Hedge Fund manager and now as a partner at a PE firm. Mr. Iyengar has leadership experience of over 22 years in Technology and Finance. He has led transformations, turnarounds and rapid growth situations in closely held as well as public companies. He has driven business strategy, M&A and global integration, built world class teams and crafted differentiated business models. Mr. Iyengar is currently a Partner with Forum Synergies PE Fund managers, a private equity fund focused on investing in Indian businesses across Manufacturing, ICT and Consumer sectors. Mr. Iyengar is also a personal investor, advisor, and mentor in both public and private initiatives that emphasize Impact and Innovation. His involvements include Goa-Israel collaboration, AP Fintech Valley, STPI incubation, Dept of Science and Tech, Ventures in aerospace, data sciences, enterprise software, media, social change, psephology, fin tech, financial literacy and Robotics/AI. His prior experience includes: Global Partner and India CEO of Ada Investments, a hedge fund.
